About this grant
This grant will enable the William J. Clinton Foundation to send a small team of advisors, with previous experience in a U.S. president’s office, to Kyiv to assess the current Ukrainian government and the performance of the Ukrainian presidential office. This project was created based on a request from the Ukrainian president’s office.Funding will support objectives that include organizing the President’s schedule; managing access to the President; clearly defining staff responsibilities; improving communications and press relations; establishing an Office of Public Liaison to communicate with various citizens’ groups; establishing an Office of Cabinet Affairs; and developing a way to track the implementation of presidential regulations, decrees and orders. The mission of the William J. Clinton Foundation, established in 1997, is to strengthen the capacity of people everywhere to meet the challenges of global interdependence.
