About this grant
This grant will enable the Association of Community Foundations in Bulgaria to increase the effectiveness of information and experience exchange among its members; improve the quality of its services to members and nonmembers; raise awareness of the general public and relevant institutions about the community foundation concept; and increase its organizational capacity by strengthening its human resources, diversifying its funding base and developing new services.The association, established in 2005, works to facilitate the exchange of information and experience among its members, strengthen members’ organizational capacity, and represent Bulgarian community foundations at national and international levels. It currently includes 10 existing community foundations and is open to emerging community foundations in Bulgaria.
