About this grant
Founded in 1997, the National Center for Family Philanthropy is the only national nonprofit dedicated exclusively to families who give and those who work with them. The center provides resources, expertise, and support to families in order to transform their values into effective giving that makes a lasting impact on the communities they serve. In its 20-year history, the grantee has presented more than 750 workshops, has published more than 50 books and issue briefs, has collected more than 3,000 information resources in its online Knowledge Center, and has more than 14,000 followers and subscribers to its newsletters. The grantee’s five-year goal is to provide resources, expertise, and direct support and guidance to more than 5,000 families engaged in philanthropy and indirect support to an additional 10,000 families.
