About this grant
The National Center for Family Philanthropy is the only resource center that focuses solely on effective family giving. It offers its expertise, information, knowledge and services to strengthen philanthropic families and related philanthropic organizations in the U.S. and around the world. In addition to the broader needs of philanthropic families, the center tailors its programming to support the following constituent groups: family foundations, community foundations, communities of color and professional advisors.Multiyear funding will enable the center to improve and expand its online educational resources; create a new format for delivery of its online monthly teleconference series; attract new community foundations as subscribers and content partners for its online service; gather survey data on the challenges and practices of family foundations; and provide support to emerging donors and philanthropic leaders in communities of color.
