About this grant
This grant will support the Utah Afterschool Network, which coordinates the Utah Statewide Afterschool Network, to continue development of policy, partnerships, and funding to benefit youth in afterschool programs. Specific initiatives will include: 1) expanding the continuous improvement model for Out of School Time programs to promote measurable program quality; 2) supporting state, local, and education policies to strengthen support for Out of School Time initiatives through statewide efforts; 3) creating a sustainable infrastructure for Out of School Time programs; and 4) participating in the development and distribution of new afterschool program content in collaboration with the Foundation’s thematic partners.
