About this grant
The National Transitional Jobs Network, a program of the Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights, is a national coalition of organizations dedicated to helping chronically unemployed Americans find work. Since its founding, the network has become a key leader in the workforce development field, with more than 120 dues-paying members representing government officials, policy advocates, workforce practitioners, funders, and community organizations. This grant will support the grantee’s ongoing efforts to advance effective employment solutions that combine wage-paid work, jobs skills training, and supportive services to help disconnected youth facing barriers to employment succeed in the workforce.
