About this grant

This grant will provide support to the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund to undertake a feasibility study on the establishment of a dedicated children’s hospital in Gauteng, which will, if built, bear the name of Nelson Mandela. The feasibility study will be carried out by a professional consulting organization over a six-month period and will test the viability and examine all aspects of creating such a hospital in the country. Mott’s grant will partially support the consultant’s fees, local travel and administrative costs.
