Strengthening Civil Society Engagement in Regional Integration and Infrastructure Investments in Colombia

About this grant

This grant will support the Instituto Latinoamericano para una Sociedad y un Derecho Alternativos, a Colombian, nonprofit organization that works on civic engagement across a variety of issues, to promote informed public participation in the development, design, and implementation of energy and infrastructure projects, as well as investments aimed at addressing climate change through training and information sharing. The grant will also support efforts to ensure that social and environmental safeguard policies for these kinds of projects are applied by both international and regional financiers in South America.
