About this grant
This grant will enable Jobs for the Future to partner with cities and districts in developing new back-on-track school designs that graduate and create post-secondary pathways for out-of-school youth. In the most recent phase of this initiative, the grantee assisted a cohort of cities, namely, Jacksonville, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Portland, and New York, in identifying strategies that create education pathways for students who are not on track for graduation. Continued support will allow the grantee to implement and test college-connected school designs that build a bridge to post-secondary access and success and meet the needs of students who are at different points on the graduation continuum.
