About this grant
The Child Advocacy Center of Genesee County is a community-based organization designed to meet the unique needs of the Genesee County community by providing a safe, child-friendly setting for the forensic interviews of children who have allegedly been sexually or severely physically abused. This grant will enable the center to merge with the Consortium on Child Abuse and Neglect – an organization dedicated to educating and advocating against child abuse and neglect in Genesee County. The merged organization will provide comprehensive and coordinated advocacy, education, prevention, and investigative services for children in Genesee County.
