About this grant
Through bipartisan and interfaith dialogues, the Faith & Politics Institute works to bridge racial, religious, and political divisions among elected officials while promoting reflective and ethical leadership. Since 1991, the grantee has engaged hundreds of members of Congress, Congressional staff, and their constituents in dialogues that encourage collaborative and visionary leadership practices and foster healing, civility, and respect. During 2015-16, the grantee will offer several programs including weekly reflection groups for members of Congress and Congressional staff, educational public forums, and experiential pilgrimages to national and international sites of historical significance.
