About this grant
This grant will allow the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic Violence to provide supervision and administrative support for 25 AmeriCorps members working in afterschool programs throughout New Hampshire. The AmeriCorps members were formally associated with the now defunct PlusTime New Hampshire, which was the fiduciary for the state’s afterschool network. When PlusTime abruptly closed in December 2010, it left the AmeriCorps members with no way to complete their terms of service or continue their work with thousands of children in New Hampshire. The grant will leverage approximately $250,000 in federal funds to support high quality afterschool programs in New Hampshire.
