About this grant
After a concerted effort over the last year to restructure and downsize operations, Public/Private Ventures has decided, given current trends in program evaluation and resource constraints among both public and private funders, that it will be necessary to cease operations on or around July 31, 2012. This grant will help this longtime Foundation partner close responsibly by supporting the transfer of all intellectual property to third parties, wrapping-up or transferring existing projects, and retaining needed legal and accounting support to dissolve the organization.
