About this grant
This grant will support the Health and Environmental Funders Network, a project of Virginia Organizing, Inc., based in Charlottesville, Virginia. The network provides opportunities through meetings, webinars, and other means for grantmakers to gain a better understanding of the connections between environmental protection and public health, as well as to discuss grantmaking strategies and explore areas for collaboration. Over the next year, the network will expand its activities, connecting funders through issue-based workshops and its annual meeting that will be held in Detroit, Michigan.
