About this grant
The Centro de Estudios y Promocion del Desarrollo is a 51-year-old Peruvian nongovernmental development institution that works with poor rural communities to introduce innovative renewable energy solutions to improve health, education, quality of life, and to protect the environment. The purpose of this project is to draw upon lessons learned from the previous project to promote and disseminate access and use of renewable energy to expand productive economic uses in remote rural communities in the Peruvian Andes.
