Strengthening the Legal Development Network's Member Organizations

About this grant

The program goal is to increase community-based access to justice for the Ukrainian public. The Legal Development Network will work to strengthen and expand the current network of 25 community legal centers in Ukraine. Particular attention will be given to promoting the concept of community legal centers within the context of decentralization reforms, which involve the devolution of increased resources and authority for organizing public service to local administrations. The grantee will also update its online advisory resources, case management systems, and public information products to ensure more accurate information supporting both service delivery and advocacy strategies. Formally registered in 2015 and with its secretariat in Kyiv, the Legal Development Network has member organizations in 15 regions of Ukraine.
