Notable activities during 2021 included: 1) hosting three large-scale convenings; 2) serving 47 mid-to-senior-level professionals through its Career Pathways leadership program; 3) adding ten new communities to its peer learning online platform, Philanthropy Exchange; and 4) continued advocacy for the sector by regularly communicating with congressional offices and federal agencies. In 2022, the grantee will focus on five key organizational goals: 1) embracing better ways of operating; 2) expanding philanthropy’s opportunities to thrive; 3) building common ground; 4) putting trust at the center of its work; and 5) developing a learning mindset.
