About this grant
The program goal is to help address the long-standing and emerging issues facing immigrants in the Americas. Alianza Americas’ mission is to bring about a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable way of life for under-served immigrant communities living in the United States and across Mexico and Central America. It accomplishes this through its action driven diplomacy, network advocacy, educational delegations and tours, a leadership institute, and mobile outreach supporting the caravans. Founded in 2004 by Mexican, Central American, and Caribbean immigrant leaders, the grantee is a network of over 50 members in 13 states, representing over 150,000 migrant families across the United States, with dozens of organizational partners in Mexico and Central America.
