About this grant
This project supports the World Wildlife Fund and its partner, World Wildlife Fund Brazil, to work on establishing a public policy to support renewable energy access for forest-dwelling communities living in sustainable development reserves in the Amazon. The goal is to design and implement a renewable energy development model. This grant increase will enable the grantee to establish a network of organizations with similar goals. To support the network, the grantee will compile and publish the data and results of model renewable energy access projects in the Amazon.
