Youth Entrepreneurship Curriculum for Afterschool Programs

About this grant

This grant to VentureLab will continue to support spreading and promoting youth entrepreneurship opportunities for young people and to reflect the growth of entrepreneurship in the afterschool field. Since 2017, the grantee has provided training, technical assistance and professional development resources to the state afterschool networks, enabling the networks to increase the number of afterschool programs offering high-quality entrepreneurship education programming and has increased the number of youth who have opportunities to develop entrepreneurial skills and mindsets. During this grant period, VentureLab will continue its youth entrepreneurship capacity and ecosystem building for the afterschool field, including the 50 State Afterschool Networks.
