Brennan Senior Center Improvements

About this grant

With this grant, the City of Flint will make interior and exterior improvements to the Brennan Senior Center. The center is highly valued as a place for Flint’s seniors and other community members to gather for activities, recreation, meals and socialization. However, the center operates on a modest budget and funds typically are not available for maintenance, repairs or updates beyond those that are most critical. The updates at Brennan will make the space safer, more inviting and engaging for those who spend time at the center and will position the center for greater sustainability as a community asset into the future.
