About this grant
The Regulatory Assistance Project is an independent, nonpartisan and nongovernmental organization dedicated to accelerating the transition to a clean, reliable and efficient energy future. With previous Mott Foundation support, the grantee assessed and developed strategies for accelerating energy decarbonization, self-reliance and resilience in Brazil’s remote and isolated Amazon communities, resulting in a “roadmap” for a fast and affordable transition to clean energy. With renewed Mott Foundation support, the Regulatory Assistance Project will seek to implement the roadmap with analysis and recommendations to reform relevant programs and regulations.
