Sustainable Development Goals Aotearoa New Zealand

About this grant

The project goal is to advance the adoption of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by community foundations in New Zealand. To this end, Community Foundations of New Zealand will orient its member community foundations to the goals by: 1) conducting a webinar series; 2) publishing a blog series; 3) developing a template presentation; 4) creating an information segment on its website and in its newsletters; 5) holding dedicated sessions at its next three annual conferences; and 6) creating example policies and templates relating to grantmaking and reporting that is informed by the Sustainable Development Goals. Established in 2014, Community Foundations of New Zealand is a national membership body that supports the growing network of currently 17 local community foundations across New Zealand.
