About this grant

This grant will support the Everyone Graduates Center at Johns Hopkins University to establish a network hub, the National Partnership for Student Success, to provide technical assistance connecting local education agencies with service providers in five, evidence-based service areas for student recovery: 1) academic tutoring; 2) mentoring; 3) post-secondary transition; 4) student success coaching; and 5) wraparound student supports. Launched in July 2022, the National Partnership for Student Success is a cross-agency partnership between the Department of Education and AmeriCorps and aims to recruit 250,000 volunteers over the next three years. The goals of this initiative include increasing the number of school districts implementing these strategies and the number of adult volunteers serving to improve student outcomes.
