About this grant
This grant increase will provide additional funds needed to complete the full integration of the programs, staff and systems of The Whiting and the Capitol Theatre into Flint Institute of Music operations. The grantee will work with a team of consultants to develop and implement a branding and marketing campaign, finalize job descriptions and recruitment plans for new positions and design and deliver staff and board training and professional development for the new organizational structure.
