About this grant
Climate change has become a polarizing issue in the United States. The Niskanen Center, a well-respected centrist think tank based in Washington, D.C., proposes to identify areas of potential bipartisan agreement around natural climate solutions and a broad category of land use practices — including agricultural and forestry — that are beneficial for the climate. The grantee will produce one or more papers describing its findings, including at least one paper for philanthropic leaders identifying high-leverage opportunities to fill funding gaps.
