This grant to the Texas Partnership For Out of School Time will enable the Texas Statewide Afterschool Network to: 1) expand opportunities for young people to learn about and experience entrepreneurship in existing afterschool, STEM and summer learning programs; 2) connect with local, regional and state entrepreneurship organizations to help integrate entrepreneurship into afterschool and summer learning programs; and 3) partner with organizations such as chambers of commerce, businesses, career technical education and higher education to expand successful entrepreneurship models in communities of high need.
