About this grant
Amazon Conservation Team has been working with traditional communities in the Amazon rainforest to develop forest conservation and sustainable livelihoods. This project will bring renewable solar energy services to more than 50 communities in the Caquetá region of the Colombian Amazon, which lack access to modern energy services, and will develop sustainable community management systems for energy in these forest communities.
