About this grant
In January 2025, the Bipartisan Policy Center launched the Commission on the American Workforce, a 15-month initiative to inform pending reauthorization of several federal childcare, education and workforce development programs. Comprised of scholars, business leaders, government officials, and policy experts, the commission is charged with developing a national bipartisan strategy and recommendations for building a workforce for the future, nurturing the talent necessary to remain a global leader, and ensuring access to economic opportunity for every American. Located in Washington, D.C., the Bipartisan Policy Center is a think tank that promotes bipartisan solutions to challenges facing the United States.
