About this grant
Formed in 1999, The Funders Network is a philanthropy-serving organization that provides support to foundations, nonprofit organizations and other partners working to create equitable, just and environmentally sustainable communities. Over the last year, the organization pursued its mission through a range of activities, including: 1) its annual conference and other convenings; 2) working groups on cross-cutting issues; 3) pooled grantmaking initiatives; and 4) leadership development programs. This renewal grant will provide general purposes support to The Funders Network for all its programs, including the Urban Water Funders Group.
