About this grant
This grant increase will support the United Way of Delaware which coordinates the Delaware Statewide Afterschool Network to leverage opportunities to expand access to high-quality afterschool programs for young people. With this increase and extension, the grantee will continue to: 1) support efforts for increased funding for afterschool and summer programs; 2) strengthen and coordinate a unified voice to educate state leaders; and 3) leverage afterschool to advance statewide educational initiatives such as STEM learning and college and career readiness.
