About this grant
This grant increase will support Voices for Georgia’s Children which coordinates the Georgia Statewide Afterschool Network to leverage opportunities to expand access to high-quality afterschool programs for young people. With this increase and extension, the grantee will continue to: 1) enhance and expand statewide education and outreach efforts in collaboration with youth development partners; 2) strengthen and cultivate strategic partnerships with state leaders to sustain and grow champions for afterschool programs; and 3) leverage statewide data on the afterschool workforce to develop professional development strategies.
