About this grant
This grant increase will support the Texas Partnership for Out-of-School Time which coordinates the Texas Statewide Afterschool Network to leverage opportunities to expand access to high-quality afterschool programs for young people. With this increase and extension, the grantee will continue to: 1) increase sustainability of high-quality out-of-school time programs for youth in Texas; 2) build a statewide quality framework and tools to enhance quality programs; 3) increase professional development services with a focus on mental health and well-being supports for youth; and 4) map existing programs to build a database of afterschool opportunities.
