About this grant
The project goal is to strengthen community philanthropy globally. To this end, the Association for the Practice of Transformation will continue to develop and manage INSPIRE — Initiative for Strategic Philanthropy and Intelligent Resources as an informal network of community foundation practitioners and experts. The grantee engages community foundation and philanthropic support organization practitioners through knowledge production, resource sharing and learning events. The most significant of the latter was a global gathering of community foundation support organizations held in Bucharest in April 2025. A grant increase will allow the grantee to build on this momentum and strengthen the global community foundation support ecosystem through additional regional gatherings. Established in 2018, the Association for the Practice of Transformation is located in Brasov, Romania.
