About this grant
With this grant, Mott Community College will continue strengthening its culinary arts program. With a new building manager in place to oversee the day-to-day operations, the second year of this initiative will focus on: 1) advancing into a two-year accreditation process; 2) increasing community involvement; and 3) expanding culinary services in banquet and catering operations, public cooking classes and signature culinary events. The efforts will continue reintroducing the Culinary Arts Institute to prospective students and the community.
