About this grant
This grant will support the renovation and construction of new facilities for the community center housed at Berston Field House. Berston Field House has served Flint residents in a variety of ways for over 100 years. The new amenities at the field house will enable the organization to increase its educational, recreational and enrichment programming for residents. The updated athletic facilities will provide access to participants of all ages and ability levels, thereby encouraging health and wellness. Enhanced gathering spaces and new classrooms will bring the community together to celebrate, learn and share ideas and opportunities with one another.
