About this grant
Since 1980, the Michigan Environmental Council, a statewide nonprofit, has been promoting the sustainable management of air, water and land resources in Michigan. This work is largely accomplished through its network of more than 100 member organizations. This grant increase will support the Council’s general purposes, including recognizing and honoring environmental leaders in the state, updating the organization’s strategic plan and continuing efforts to protect and restore water resources across Michigan.
