About this grant
This grant will enable HealthCorps to support youth wellness through its near-peer model in school and afterschool settings. Specifically, the grantee proposes to: 1) provide new youth wellness resources for afterschool programs focused on serving adolescents; 2) work with the 50 State Afterschool Network to identify areas of high need and expand the grantee program model; and 3) develop and implement a new technology platform to expand HealthCorps’ reach.
