About
Aria Sanders leads Human Resources at the Foundation, supporting employee development, organizational strategy and HR operations. She is a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, demonstrating advanced expertise in HR leadership and practice.
Sanders began her career in health care as a certified nursing assistant while she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in HR from the University of Michigan-Flint. That experience continues to inform her empathetic and practical approach to supporting staff and organizational goals.
Outside of work, Sanders is a mom of three boys who keep her busy and on her toes. A Flint-area native, she remains closely connected to her community.
