About this grant

This grant will support the expansion of quality afterschool programs through a new initiative entitled “expanding out-of-school time: from reach to impact”. Specifically, this grant will support and leverage the annual Beyond School Hours conference and a series of virtual convenings to: 1) increase alignment and coordination of state and federally funded afterschool programs; 2) host a special convening of state and national afterschool leaders to identify opportunities for expansion; 3) provide a series of virtual convenings focused on increasing participation in quality afterschool programs; and 4) support the distribution of Mizzen Education, Inc. curricula to programs.
