About this grant
This grant increase will support the Children’s Forum which coordinates the Florida Statewide Afterschool Network to leverage opportunities to expand access to high-quality afterschool programs for young people. With this increase and extension, the grantee will continue to: 1) educate key stakeholders on the importance of increased access to engaged learning and quality afterschool programming; 2) develop career pathways and technical assistance resources to advance professional development opportunities for afterschool providers; and 3) expand quality initiatives and increase access to communities that may have limited resources.
