About this grant
The Open Government Partnership will work to help member countries build fairer, more accessible, transparent and people-centered justice systems. Work will focus on advancing reforms through peer learning, coalition-building and targeted country support. Activities include: 1) facilitating cross-country exchanges; 2) strengthening global and regional justice coalitions; 3) supporting ambitious justice commitments through the Open Gov Challenge; 4) engaging judicial actors more deeply in open government processes; and 5) amplifying evidence and storytelling on what works in justice reform. In 2024-25, Open Government Partnership convened 10 peer-learning events, provided targeted support to 19 member countries and saw the total number of open justice commitments among members rise to 352.
