Nichole Bechard

About

Nichole Bechard is a compliance and benefits specialist working with Mott’s Human Resources team. She handles various HR issues, including compliance management, administration of employee benefits, data management and reporting.

Bechard joined Mott after working for a decade at Plante Moran, where she was most recently a manager in the firm’s employee benefits consulting practice. Prior to that, she worked as a paralegal at a Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustee’s office in southeast Michigan. She also worked as a paralegal in the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office.

Bechard earned a bachelor’s degree in legal administration from the University of Detroit Mercy and a master’s in business administration from Walsh College in Troy. She enjoys traveling, camping and kayaking, and she recently began learning how to play padel.
