Sarah Favaro

Sarah Favaro manages Mott’s private equity portfolio and supports the foundation’s mission by helping to grow its endowment.

Previously, Favaro worked for Sawdust Investment Management Corp. in Chicago, Illinois, where she served as director of investments. Prior to Sawdust, Favaro worked at Northwestern Medicine as an investment manager.

Favaro earned a bachelor’s degree in both finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Giving back to her field, Favaro is an active member of the Private Equity Women’s Investor Network (PEWIN), a network of the most senior women in private equity, united to drive change in the industry by shaping a future where even more women lead the way. Favaro serves as co-chair of the PEWIN Pinnacle Annual General Meeting Committee.
