About this grant
The Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation assists civic leaders, citizen groups and non-governmental organizations to effectively address the needs of their communities and constituencies. This grant increase will enable the foundation to provide training and small grant support to various local stakeholders for grassroots activities; build the capacity of grassroots organizations to raise local resources; and develop the professional skills of trainers. In addition, the foundation will promote local philanthropy and corporate social responsibility.
