About this grant
The mission of the Michigan Suburbs Alliance is to unite and strengthen Michigan’s core urban and suburban communities through research, regional cooperation, public education, and public policy development. The alliance has developed as an important voice on issues affecting the fiscal, economic, and environmental health of communities and metropolitan areas in Michigan. This grant renewal will enable the alliance to build on the groundwork established and implement its strategic plan focused on strengthening the capacity of core communities to attract redevelopment investment, encouraging enhanced regional cooperation and resource sharing among communities, and establishing a shared urban policy agenda.
