About this grant

This grant will enable the Center for Law and Social Policy to continue to promote federal and state policies that will increase the proportion of young people who at age 25 have a high school diploma, a postsecondary credential, and are employed in jobs with career advancement opportunities. In the most recent phase of this initiative, the grantee pursued an agenda related to raising the visibility of the disconnected youth challenge and comprehensive approaches to solutions. Recommended support will allow the grantee to continue its work to improve the education and labor market outcomes for disconnected youth and those residing in communities where the need is the greatest.
