About this grant
This grant will continue to support the New Mexico Public Education Department in the advancement of the New Mexico Statewide Afterschool Network. This grantee is part of the third cohort of Mott-funded, statewide afterschool networks. In addition to continuing its core work building the field of afterschool, the New Mexico Statewide Afterschool Network will increase awareness of and advocacy for afterschool programs by: 1) developing and implementing a marketing and communication plan, and 2) developing a strong, statewide coalition. Lessons learned and products will be shared with the national network of statewide afterschool networks.
