Arizona Statewide Afterschool Network

About this grant

This grant will continue to support the Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence to further the Arizona Statewide Afterschool Network, a statewide afterschool network designed to raise awareness, build capacity and sustainability, and promote the importance of safe, high quality, affordable afterschool programs. This grantee is part of the second cohort of Mott-funded, statewide afterschool networks. This project will continue to provide core support to the network, while also encouraging new ideas designed to align and integrate afterschool and education systems. In addition to continuing its work in building the field of afterschool in Arizona, the grantee will design and conduct a multipronged education and awareness campaign targeting key stakeholders. The network will share lessons learned and products with the national network of statewide afterschool networks.
