About this grant
This grant will enable the Neighborhood Small Grants Network, which is a project of the Cleveland Foundation, to conduct a retrospective evaluation of the Mott Foundation’s Community Foundation and Neighborhood Small Grants Program and similar programs undertaken by funders in recent years. The evaluation will help the network build a substantial base of information about effective funding approaches that support capacity building of grassroots community organizations.The Cleveland Foundation was the first community foundation in the nation and provides leadership for the community foundation field in the critical areas of grantmaking, asset development and community leadership.
